Our Customer Projects portfolio consists of homes which we built on a customer's lot or in which the customer purchased property from Salty Dog and chose the exact model and features of the home they wanted.

Spec Houses Portfolio

Our Spec Houses Portfolio consists of turn-key homes that Salty Dog built in advance of finding a buyer. Spec homes are typically built on desirable lots with features desired in today's market. Most were ready for occupancy at the time of purchase.
